Belina Pirayou Pignataro, PHR, currently serves as a Senior Career Coach at SparkEffect since January 2023. With extensive experience in recruitment, Belina has held positions as a Senior Recruiter at Vocera Communications, where 16 employees were successfully hired within six months, and as a Contract Recruiter at Tecan. Additional recruiting roles include time at Think Together, RiseSmart, and Lee Hecht Harrison, where Belina was recognized as one of the Top 10 coaches in the U.S. for high client satisfaction. Earlier experience includes positions at ThinkHR, Melita Group, and as Corporate Events Director at the American Heart Association, where significant fundraising efforts were achieved. Belina holds a BS in Business Administration with a Human Resources Concentration from California State University, Stanislaus.
