Gail Finger is the founder of Finger Consulting, established in 1998, where Gail serves as an Executive Coach, Career Strategist, Facilitator, and Consultant, focusing on executive coaching, career strategy coaching, and leadership development programs. Additionally, Gail Finger works as an Executive Coach and Facilitator at Torchiana since 2016 and previously held the position of Practice Leader for Executive Coaching & Leadership Development at Kadabra from 2020 to 2021. Finger's past experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Edizen Corporation, where Gail handled business development and executive coaching before the company closed in 2014. With a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut, Gail Finger has successfully provided innovative coaching solutions to both federal and private sector clients.
