Heidi Parsont

Heidi Parsont's work experience began in 1996 when they worked as the Director of Subscriber Sales at Atlantic Media Company. Heidi then went on to become the CEO and Founder of Clear It Out! in 2003, as well as the Vice President of McKinley Marketing Partners from 2004 to 2011. From 2011 to 2011, they worked as the Key Accounts Manager at Melcrum Publishing. In 2012, they founded TorchLight Hire, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer. In 2022, they started their own business called Fontaine Travel, where they worked as the Owner/Travel Advisor. Heidi also became a Member at Chief in the same year. In 2023, they became the Chief Executive Officer of TorchLight Marketing.

Heidi Parsont holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations from Colgate University. After completing their undergraduate studies, Heidi pursued an MBA degree in International Business from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business between the years 2000 and 2002. Prior to their college education, Heidi attended Rye Neck High School. Heidi also participated in language courses focused on Spanish Language and Literature at various schools in South America. Additionally, they obtained additional certifications such as "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues" from LinkedIn in March 2021 and a certification from the Women's Business Enterprise Center East (WBEC East) in July 2014.
