Ridgway Knight

Ridgway Knight is an Acquisitions Associate at Torchlight Investors and a Real Estate Consultant at SitusAMC, where Ridgway has been seconded since September 2022. Previously, Ridgway worked at Bellwether Asset Management, Inc. as an Associate and Analyst from July 2019 to August 2022, following an Asset Management Internship in June to August 2018. During the internship, Ridgway contributed to analyzing business plans, leasing activity, and property performance for senior management. In the summer of 2017, Ridgway interned at Seaport Global Securities as a Fixed Income Research Intern, focusing on the Retail and Railroad sectors. Ridgway holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Bucknell University, and graduated with a high school diploma from Harvard-Westlake School.
