Rongchen Chen

Rongchen Chen, CPA, currently serves as Vice President at Wafra since June 2019 and as Assistant Controller at Torchlight Investors since September 2012, focusing on financial reporting and office operations. Previous experience includes Senior Accountant at RBC Capital Markets from June 2010 to September 2012, with responsibilities in day-to-day operations, consolidation, and financial reporting. Rongchen's career also includes serving as an Audit Associate and an Audit Intern at KPMG, LLP from September 2007 to June 2010 and June 2006 to August 2006, respectively. Additionally, as VITA Co-director for Beta Alpha Psi - Iota Lambda Chapter from May 2005 to May 2006, Rongchen coordinated tax assistance programs and supervised volunteers. Rongchen holds a BBA/MBA in Accounting from Pace University - Lubin School of Business and a Certificate in Word Processing from Professional Business College.
