Vikram Raja

Vikram Raja has an extensive background in real estate investment and finance, with experience spanning over a decade in various roles. Current involvement includes underwriting and investment management at Torchlight Investors since February 2017. Prior positions include contributing to the Structured Solutions Group at Situs, and working in structured investments at Basis Investment Group, LLC. Vikram also held roles in acquisitions at Ajax Investment Partners and in commercial real estate originations at Starwood Property Trust. Earlier experience includes an analyst position at Ayer Capital Advisors, specializing in bridge loan origination for commercial properties. Vikram Raja obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from The Johns Hopkins University.
