Frank Fossella

Mr. Fossella is a 45-year company employee and is responsible for all of Torcon’s pharmaceutical projects, as well as the company’s operations in Puerto Rico. He was Torcon’s project manager for Merck's $240-million Drug Discovery Facility before being promoted to Project Executive for biopharm projects. Over the past twenty years, Frank has directed Torcon’s operations on numerous projects for clients such as Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Merck, and led the company’s operations in Puerto Rico. Frank has overall responsibility for projects, from contract award through final closeout.
