Mr. Schwarz has over 30 years of management and engineering experience with Torcon. He earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Lehigh University, joining Torcon as a Project Engineer. His diverse experience has ranged over a variety of field and office-based assignments encompassing hospital, educational, commercial, and pharmaceutical projects. As Senior Vice President, Steve oversees Torcon’s preconstruction and project support staff, including estimating, scheduling, BIM, value engineering, constructability design reviews, and procurement.
