TOREX SEMICONDUCTOR LTD. is a Japan-based company engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of analog integrated circuit (IC) products. The company operates in four geographical segments. In Japan segment, the Company is involved in the development, manufacture and sale of IC products, as well as the management of production subcontractors in Japan. In Asia segment, the Company's subsidiaries sell products of the Group in Mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka, Oceania, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos. In Europe segment, the Company's subsidiaries sell products of the Group across Europe (including Central and Eastern Europe), Russia, the three Baltic countries, the Middle East, Israel, Turkey and Africa. In North American segment, the Company's subsidiaries conduct sale activities of the Group's products throughout North and Central America, as well as product development based on customer needs in this area.
