James Vale

James Vale has extensive work experience in the public sector, particularly in roles related to digital transformation and customer service. James is currently serving as the Head of Customer Digital and ICT Services at Torfaen County Borough Council since March 2022. Previously, they held various positions at Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council, including Head of Digital Transformation from August 2021 to March 2022, Head of Business Support and Customer Care from May 2020 to July 2021, and Customer Service Programme Manager from October 2018 to April 2020. James also has experience as a Strategic Projects Manager, Strategic Cabinet, Policy, and Communications Manager, Research Officer, Service Improvement Officer, Graduate Officer, and 5x60 Officer.

James Vale completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sports Management from the University of Plymouth from 2003 to 2006.
