Stephen Valdez

Stephen Valdez serves as Associate RDI and has extensive experience in retail management and visual merchandising. Currently, in the role of Senior Manager of Visual Merchandising & Store Design at Tori Richard, Ltd. since June 2016, Stephen defines and implements creative store experiences and visual merchandising strategies. Prior to this, Stephen held multiple senior positions at Old Navy from May 2011 to June 2016, including Senior Business Operations Manager and Senior Merchandise Manager, focusing on operational excellence, talent development, and sales performance. Stephen’s earlier career includes roles such as Housekeeping Lead at Wyndham Vacation Ownership and Property Operations Manager at Ameristay Inn & Suites, where responsibilities included managing staff, budgeting, and training. Stephen is pursuing education at Southern New Hampshire University.
