Pablo Nerguizian

Pablo Nerguizian is a seasoned commercial real estate broker with extensive experience in sales and leasing of both commercial and residential properties in Buenos Aires. Since May 2008, Nerguizian has worked at Toribio Achaval, where operations are based in the upscale neighborhood of Puerto Madero. Previous roles include broker positions at Covello Propiedades and various agencies in California, honing expertise in residential real estate sales in markets such as Orange County and Punta del Este. Nerguizian holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from La Plata Catholic University, acquired between 1984 and 1990.
