Rachel MacDonald

Rachel MacDonald has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Rachel is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Torii, where they help IT professionals optimize SaaS applications through automation. Prior to this, Rachel worked as a Client Engagement Manager at COLAB, where they focused on creating transformative digital products for clients. Rachel also has experience in the retail industry, having worked at Nordstrom as a Divisional Retail Merchandiser, Department Manager, and Assistant Department Manager. Additionally, Rachel gained valuable experience as an intern at Age Group: Flora Nikrooz, where they worked in the Fashion District of NYC and participated in all aspects of the design house. Overall, Rachel has developed strong skills in customer success management, client engagement, merchandising, and fashion.

Rachel MacDonald attended Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts from 2008 to 2012. Rachel obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Merchandising during this time.
