Tori’s Bakeshop opened in March 2012 as Toronto’s first vegan cafe, baking fresh daily with natural, organic, seasonal ingredients, sourced as locally as possible. 

We specialize in fresh, organic delights baked daily, free of all animal products and byproducts, refined sugar, and also often free of wheat and gluten.

Along with baking some of the most delicious products, we also offer a selection of gluten-free items, direct-trade coffee beverages, and tea.

A fully vegan space, the business runs consciously, producing as little waste as possible, offering all to-go items in compostable or recyclable containers. 

As active members in both our local community, as well as the city at large, we offer our support in both product and sponsorship, cultivating relationships with other local independent businesses, schools, and organizations that exude the same spirit and dedication to causes we hold dear.

We are an all inclusive company and welcome members from all communities to join us on this wonderful journey.
