Jennifer Siemon

Jennifer Siemon is a litigation associate at Torkin Manes LLP since August 2017, having previously gained experience as a summer student at SmithValeriote Law Firm LLP. As a current undergraduate teaching assistant at Queen's University, Jennifer prepares and facilitates tutorials for thirty students, providing feedback on written assignments and curriculum aspects. Additionally, Jennifer served as a graduate teaching assistant for first-year law students, focusing on essential lawyering skills. Jennifer's earlier experience includes a role as fundraising coordinator at the Independent Living Centre Kingston, where promotional marketing materials were created, and significant charitable contributions were solicited. With a Doctor of Law degree from Queen's University and studies at the University of Groningen, Jennifer also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ottawa. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Jennifer worked in various capacities at Betamarsh Inc., supervising employees and providing case management for residents.
