Tony Kramreither

Tony (Anthony) Kramreither is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in business law. Currently serving as a Partner at Torkin Manes LLP since November 2020, Kramreither specializes in corporate finance, transactional advisory, and complex contract drafting across various industries. Prior to this role, Kramreither was the Managing Partner of EY’s Business Law Services from January 2016 to September 2020, where legal service offerings expanded to include employment law. Kramreither has held partner positions at prominent firms including Norton Rose Fulbright, Miller Thomson LLP, and Donahue & Partners LLP. Kramreither holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Windsor, an MBA from Queen's University, and an Honours Bachelor's degree in Economics from York University.
