Allan Dan Jensen

Allan Dan Jensen is an experienced maritime HR professional currently serving as the VP and Head of Marine HR at TORM since April 2018, where responsibilities include heading the Marine HR and Training department, managing a pool of 3,500 seafarers, overseeing a budget of USD 125 million, and engaging in collective bargaining negotiations.
