Kaleb Aylsworth has a diverse and extensive work experience in the gaming industry. Kaleb has held various roles at different companies, showcasing their expertise in environment art and level design.

Kaleb started their career at Visceral Games, where they worked as a Level Artist and played a crucial role in the development of the AAA title, Dead Space 3. Kaleb also took on the responsibility of being a Level/Pod lead, demonstrating their leadership skills.

After Visceral Games, Kaleb joined Crystal Dynamics as a Senior Environment Artist and Outsource Manager. Kaleb was responsible for managing schedules and ensuring the quality of environment art for Rise of the Tomb Raider. Kaleb also built positive relationships with external vendors and facilitated the onboarding of new studios.

Kaleb then worked at Kabam as a Senior Level Artist, where they owned the entire level development process for an unannounced mobile gaming experience. Kaleb was involved in concept development, visual target setting, tile set production, scene composition, and bug fixing.

Kaleb later joined Digital Extremes as a Senior Environment Artist, contributing to tasks such as world layout, modeling, texturing, and world building. Kaleb then transitioned to Lucky VR as a Senior 3D Artist, showcasing their skills in virtual reality game development.

Before joining Ascendant Studios as a Senior Principal World Artist, Kaleb worked at Certain Affinity as an Associate Art Director and later as a Studio Lead Artist. In these roles, they collaborated with production, game design, and art direction leadership to establish project goals and visual quality targets. Kaleb effectively communicated these goals to team members through briefs, style guides, presentations, and hands-on examples.
