Raouf Diabi is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Lead Talent Acquisition at Métaux Torngat since September 2024, Raouf previously held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at American Iron & Metal (AIM) from March 2023 to September 2024 and at GFL Environmental Inc. from March 2022 to March 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Franchise Management Inc. (FMI) from May 2019 to July 2022 and as a human resources advisor at Facom Indestrie from January 2015 to March 2019. Raouf holds a Master's degree in Management des Ressources Humaines from HEC Montréal and a Master's degree in management des affaires from the Institut de management et informatique, along with foundational education from L’Ecole préparatoire en sciences économiques, commerciales et sciences de gestion.
