Franz Hausammann started their work experience in 1995 as an Electro Mechanical Technician Apprentice at Metalor Technologies SA. Franz worked there until 1999. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as an Electro Mechanical Technician at Hans Leutenegger AG. In 2003, they joined 20 Miles as a Road Manager/Guitarist and stayed there until 2006. In 2012, they worked as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Richemont's Donzé-Baume location. Franz then joined Officine Panerai in 2013 as a Product Manager, where they worked until 2018. Currently, they are working as an Order Project Manager at Tornos Group since 2018.
Franz Hausammann began their education journey by pursuing a CFC Electro Mechanical Technician degree at the Centre professionnel du Littoral neuchâtelois (CPLN) from 1995 to 1999. Franz then went on to earn a Professional Baccalaureate from the same institution between 1999 and 2001. Later, from 2006 to 2010, Franz completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering Design at Haute Ecole Arc - Ingénierie. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Digital Marketing Tools from LinkedIn in November 2020.
