Esdras Lemos

Esdras Lemos is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in frontend development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Team Lead at Toro Investimentos since May 2024, Esdras manages a martech software engineering team, focusing on performance and individual growth. Previously, as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Mobills Labs from January 2020 to May 2024, Esdras led the redesign of a web platform using React, enhancing usability and optimizing backend interactions. Earlier roles include Frontend Engineer at PontoGO, where development involved critical features for a management platform, and Frontend Web Developer at Puntu - Ponto Digital, where Esdras contributed to a new management platform's implementation. Esdras holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Ceara, earned between 2013 and 2018.
