Annie Jenstad

Annie Jenstad is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior HR Analyst at The Toro Company since October 2016, Annie supports Workday HCM across various functions including security, compensation, and talent performance. Prior to this role, Annie worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tennant Company, where significant contributions were made towards achieving organizational goals through effective talent sourcing. Experience also includes a position as a Recruiting Specialist at Restaurant Technologies, Inc., managing full cycle recruitment for diverse positions, and a role as a Senior Recruiter at Doherty Employment Group, specializing in general and manufacturing recruitment. Annie began her career as a Human Resources Intern at Tennant Company and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
