Holly Krieg

Holly Krieg, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards & Recognition at The Toro Company, a position held since May 2022, after previously occupying the role of Senior Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Holly worked at Seagate Technology as the Director of Benefits and Wellbeing for the Americas from January 2022 to May 2022. Holly has an extensive background at The Toro Company, where employment spanned from June 2001 to January 2022, with roles including Senior Manager of Total Rewards, Human Resources Manager, and Benefits Manager. Earlier in the career, Holly was a Benefits Specialist at Sun Country Airlines from July 1998 to June 2001. Holly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, between 1994 and 1998.
