Kole Foss

Kole Foss is a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at The Toro Company, where Kole supports new product design and manufacturing teams, manages tooling budgets, develops assembly processes, and collaborates with multiple teams and departments. Kole also has experience as a Design Engineer working on construction equipment design and as a Test Engineer conducting Finite Element Analysis and field testing. Prior to this, Kole was an Engineering Intern at WestRock Company, where Kole worked on unit heating and HVAC inventory and naming system development. Kole holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of St. Thomas.
