Lori Riley serves as the Vice President of Human Resources & Corporate Affairs at The Toro Company, overseeing all HR and corporate affairs functions since April 2025. Additionally, since September 2022, Lori has been a member of CHIEF, a network aimed at empowering women in leadership roles. Previously, Lori held the position of Chief People & Administration Officer at Northern Tool + Equipment from December 2021 to March 2025, where responsibilities included HR, legal, communications, IT, and managing a global capability center. Prior roles also include serving as Senior Vice President of People, Communications, and Legal at Northern Tool + Equipment, and SVP, Human Capital Partner at Optum from May 2019 to December 2021, as well as Chief People Officer at Rally Health within Optum. Lori holds a Master of Science in Education and an MBA in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
