Luis Castillo is a seasoned trade compliance professional with extensive experience spanning various roles in trade operations and compliance management. Currently serving as the Trade Compliance Manager at The Toro Company since November 2024, Castillo previously held the position of Global Trade Operations Lead at General Mills from December 2022 to November 2024 and was a Senior Trade Compliance Specialist at Polaris Inc. from March 2019 to November 2022. Castillo’s career includes roles at Tennant Company, SBS Group of Companies, and C.H. Robinson, where responsibilities encompassed managing customs processes, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and fostering relationships with customs brokers.
