Gerard Sequeira, CPA, has extensive experience in financial management, holding key positions across various organizations. Currently, Gerard serves as the Controller of Financial Management and Accountability at the Toronto Catholic District School Board since November 2015, overseeing a budget of $1.1 billion. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at the Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities and Director of Finance and Administration at the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation, where responsibilities included managing financial information systems and facility management. Gerard also served on the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System Board of Directors, demonstrating leadership as Vice Chair of the audit committee.
