Joanna Gage

Joanna Gage is a Senior Consultant in Learning and Organizational Development at Toronto Community Housing since May 2020, focusing on L&OD strategies and implementing high-quality learning solutions for organizational leaders. Prior to this, Gage held various roles at Housing Services Corporation from 2010 to 2019, including Specialist in Asset Services, where management of building management software for over 450 users was key, and Training and Development Specialist, which involved creating training programs for Ontario's social housing sector. Gage also contributed as a Training and Development Specialist at the Chartered Institute of Housing Canada, developing accreditation programs for housing professionals. Earlier experience includes roles at CHUM Radio, Rogers Communications, and Sony Music Entertainment. Gage holds a Master's Certificate in Adult Training & Development from the Schulich School of Business and a Diploma in Broadcasting from Conestoga College.
