Mona Bottoni

Mona Bottoni has been working in various roles at Toronto Community Housing since September 2006, currently serving as the Manager of Planning and Business Support. Before that, Bottoni worked as a Business Planner at Housing Connections - TCHC. With a BA in Sociology & Psychology from the University of Toronto, Bottoni has extensive experience in analyzing audits, providing recommendations on compliance and business processes, as well as managing and coordinating staff for Contact Centre and Resource Centre operations.
