Sara Fitzpatrick Ot. Reg.

Sara FitzPatrick OT. Reg. (Ont.) is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently serving as part of the RECOVER Program team at Toronto Grace Health Centre, focusing on holistic care for complex critically ill patients. As a Clinical Preceptor at both Western University and the University of Toronto, Sara contributes to the education and training of future occupational therapists. Previous experience includes providing community rehabilitation services at FunctionAbility and working in acute care settings at Kingston Health Sciences Centre, where diverse patient conditions were managed. Sara holds a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Queen's University and a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Memorial University.
