Andrew Sasso

Andrew Sasso has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and government relations within the energy sector, currently serving as Director of Regulatory Affairs & Government Relations at Toronto Hydro since July 2015. In this role, Andrew leads energy policy initiatives and manages relationships with various governmental levels and regulators. Andrew also held positions such as Director of Climate Action Plan, leading a multidisciplinary team towards sustainable practices for Toronto Hydro. Prior to this, Andrew served as Corporate Secretary and Director of Regulatory Affairs at ENWIN Utilities, overseeing governance and regulatory strategies, and has contributed to academic programs as a faculty member at Osgoode Professional Development and as an instructor at Ryerson University. Andrew holds a Master of Laws in Energy and Infrastructure from York University and has a background in governance, law, and business from institutions including the University of Windsor and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
