Senior Manager, Large Customer & Key Accounts at Toronto Hydro

Carrie Tate has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Senior Manager for Large Customer & Key Accounts at Toronto Hydro since August 2011. In this role, Carrie has successfully built and maintained relationships with major customers, served as a single point of contact for inquiries, and supported customer-specific power quality needs while collaborating with internal teams for efficient service delivery. Prior roles include Supervisor in both the Power System Planning & Logistics and Power System Event Management departments, where Carrie led operational technology initiatives and supervised dispatch operations. Carrie’s project achievements include implementing Oracle applications to enhance mobility and analytics, as well as improving outage management systems. Carrie began their career in customer service-related roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of Oracle systems and customer needs. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Wilfrid Laurier University.
