Chris Benedetti

Chris Benedetti, CRSP, is an experienced professional in environmental health and safety, currently serving as the Manager of Environmental Programs at Toronto Hydro since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Safety Partner at Peel District School Board and Technician for Indoor Environments at Stantec. Responsibilities have encompassed developing safety policies, coordinating health and safety training, conducting site assessments for hazardous materials, and managing various health and safety programs. Chris also possesses teaching experience in science, having worked as a Science Teacher at Harris Academy South Norwood and Greycourt School. Educational qualifications include a Master of Environmental Science from the University of Toronto and dual degrees in Education and Honours Science from Brock University.
