Cindy Brooks

Cindy Brooks is a seasoned professional in municipal stakeholder relations, currently serving as Sr. Manager at Toronto Hydro since July 2015, after holding positions such as Manager, Municipal Stakeholder Relations and Government and Public Affairs Consultant at the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as Communications Specialist for both Councillor Josh Colle and Councillor Michelle Berardinetti at the City of Toronto from January 2011 to June 2015, where strategic communications strategies were developed and executed. Cindy's educational background includes multiple certificates from the University of Toronto in areas such as Communications, Strategic Public Relations, and Leadership Essentials, as well as a Certificate in Photography from The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University and an Honours B.A. in Psychology from the University of Windsor.
