Esther Kang

Esther Kang is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs and energy policy, currently serving as a Regulatory Affairs Consultant at Toronto Hydro since July 2017. Throughout this tenure, Esther has held various positions, including Change Leadership Consultant, Organizational Effectiveness Associate, and Communications Coordinator. Prior experience includes a role in Contract & Commercial Management at Allianz Technology and a Senior Technical Student position at Toronto Hydro. Esther holds a Master of Science in Energy Policy from the University of Sussex, an International Exchange degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toronto, and an International Baccalaureate Diploma. Additionally, Esther was recognized as a SHAD Fellow at Carleton University in 2012.
