Hardik Gadani, P.Eng., C.E.T., has extensive experience in electrical engineering and asset management, currently serving as a Manager in Distribution Grid Operations at Toronto Hydro since February 2020. Prior roles include Associate at METSCO Energy Solutions, where responsibilities involved project design and developing tools for electrical transmission systems, and Electrical Tech Lead at Essilor Ltd, focusing on updating electrical drawings and supporting project documentation. Hardik also worked as a QA at mobileLIVE Inc. and as an Electrical Engineer at Torrent Power, managing operations and maintenance of electrical distribution networks. Throughout the career, there has been a strong emphasis on optimizing maintenance processes and supporting project management activities.
