Rashid Turjo

Rashid Turjo, P.Eng, currently serves as a Customer Care Operations Analyst at Toronto Hydro, where responsibilities include leading the planning and execution of the AMI 2.0 project for smart meter replacements. Previous experience includes working as an Associate Engineer In Training at METSCO Energy Solutions, focusing on the preparation of five-year Distribution System Plans for Ontario LDCs and developing evaluation tools using VBA. Rashid's career at Toronto Hydro also features a role as a Senior Technical Student, where power quality data analysis and outage reports were key tasks. Early experience includes an internship at Grameenphone Ltd in the Charging and Business Service Solution Planning team. Rashid holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto and is currently pursuing a Project Management Certificate. An Engineering Business Minor was also obtained from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
