Ryan D'Costa is an experienced IT program and project manager with a strong background in information technology services. Currently serving as an IT Program Manager and previously an IT Project Manager at Toronto Hydro since June 2019, Ryan has also held multiple roles at the Toronto Transit Commission from July 2011 to June 2019, including Project Manager, Business System Analyst, and Projects Analyst within the PMO.
