Ken Burkhart

Ken Burkhart has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the IT industry. Starting in 1991 with CITGO Petroleum Corp, they served as a Network Analyst and later became responsible for establishing and maintaining successful shared services support organization. In 1998, Ken joined LyondellBasell and took on multiple management positions, including Manager of Computing Operations, where they turned around a dysfunctional infrastructure team and implemented cost-saving measures. Ken was also promoted to Manager of SAP Technical Implementation, overseeing the implementation of SAP infrastructure and managing service levels. In 2008, Ken joined IES as the Director of Infrastructure Operations, where they unified national IT staff and improved service delivery. Ken later joined Devon Energy as a Manager of Desktop Services, consolidating desktop support teams and improving IT service delivery to field locations. Currently, Ken is a Senior Vice President and Director of Network Operations at MidFirst Bank, where they have successfully led major infrastructure efforts and on-boarded different bank acquisitions.

Ken Burkhart attended the University of Oklahoma from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a degree in Business Management. Ken also pursued a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the same university from 1987 to 1991.
