Tarek Abousaleh is an experienced Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership Change Consultant currently working at Toronto Hydro since October 2022. Tarek has a strong background in performance improvement and leadership development, having previously held leadership and instructional roles at The American University in the Emirates and various organizations such as Altisource and Najjar Consultancy Services. Tarek's expertise includes validating performance contracts, coaching leaders, designing key performance indicators (KPIs), developing training programs, and implementing performance-based reward systems. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Michigan University, Tarek has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing organizational performance through tailored initiatives and strategic assessments.
