Amaan Jabbar

Amaan Jabbar is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service, community engagement, and research. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre since January 2023, Amaan also holds the position of Transportation Executive with the Centennial Community and Recreation Association, where responsibilities include community meetings, transportation portfolio management, and public communication regarding transportation developments in East Scarborough. Amaan's research experience includes multiple roles as a Research Assistant at the University of Toronto Scarborough, contributing to projects such as "The Urban Genome Project" and analyzing housing affordability. Additionally, Amaan has engaged in leadership and advocacy roles, including Vice President of External for the Geography and City Studies Student Association and involvement in initiatives focused on suburban planning and youth housing needs in Scarborough. Amaan holds a Bachelor of Arts in City Studies from the University of Toronto Scarborough, completed in 2023.
