Brent Duguid

Brent Duguid is an experienced legal counsel and director with a strong background in corporate law, contracts, and construction projects. At the University of Toronto Scarborough since December 2012, Brent has provided strategic legal advice and successfully facilitated the approval and delivery of significant construction initiatives, including the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre and various other facilities. As a Board Director and Secretary for the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre since December 2013, Brent has played a key role in overseeing facility management and developing strategic plans. Previous experience includes roles as a municipal law and renewable energy lawyer at Cassels Brock LLP and Loopstra Nixon. Brent holds an LL.B. from Western University and a BA in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto Scarborough.
