Kaitlyn Jovanovic

Kaitlyn Jovanovic possesses a diverse background in customer service and sports marketing, currently serving as Gate Staff for the Toronto Blue Jays since March 2022 and as a Customer Service Representative at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre. Kaitlyn has also held roles as a Business Administration Coordinator and has gained valuable experience in ticket sales through internships with the Brampton Steelheads Hockey Club and Oshawa Generals Hockey Club. Prior experience includes positions as a Cake Decorator and Bakery Clerk at Metro Inc. Kaitlyn is enhancing professional skills with a Postgraduate Certificate in Sport & Event Marketing from George Brown College, having previously earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Consumer Culture from Trent University.
