Ruth Nishanthini Catherasoo

Ruth Nishanthini Catherasoo serves as the Men's High Performance Coordinator for Ontario Basketball since August 2024 and has been a Customer Service Representative at Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre since May 2019, where responsibilities include enhancing customer service, handling inquiries, and performing administrative duties. Ruth has previously held roles such as Lead Customer Service Representative at Ontario Basketball, Marketing and Communications Intern at the Management and International Business Association, and VP of Research & Development and Marketing Associate at LIVE Competition. Additional experience includes positions such as Student Analyst at OMERS, Digital Marketing Creator at the University of Toronto Scarborough, and Restaurant Associate at Compass Group. Ruth has received specialized training in various software, including EZFacility, CLASS, FUSION, SalesForce, CloudCS, and Go High Level, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management & International Business from the University of Toronto Scarborough.
