Erika Allen

Erika Allen is an accomplished professional in passenger insights and marketing, currently serving as a Senior Representative at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority since June 2019. In this role, Erika leads various projects related to passenger feedback programs and collaborates with stakeholders to enhance the passenger experience at Toronto Pearson International Airport. Previous positions include managing in-terminal survey programming, developing digital communication strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic, and creating digital content for the airport's online presence. Erika has also worked as a freelance writer and communications consultant, an account executive at Gravity Partners Ltd, and as a community manager with GSK. Erika holds an Honours Bachelor of Journalism degree from Carleton University.
