Leah Craig

Leah Craig, CHRL, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Associate Director of Talent Management & Engagement at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority since December 2005. Craig has successfully led initiatives to enhance employee experience, drive talent development, and foster an inclusive workplace culture. Previous roles include Associate Director of Talent & Organizational Development, Manager of Leadership Development, and HR Business Partner, all of which contributed to strategic leadership programming and succession planning efforts. Craig began a professional career in human resources at Samsung Electronics, focusing on recruitment and training administration, after earning a degree in History from Queen's University and a post-degree diploma in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College.
