Yousuf Mohammed

Yousuf Mohammed has a diverse range of work experience in the field of information technology. Yousuf started their career at Microsoft India (R&D) Private Limited, where they worked as a Technical Support Specialist. Yousuf diagnosed, troubleshooted, and resolved software, hardware, and connectivity issues, often collaborating with colleagues in the US and India for complex problems.

After leaving Microsoft, Yousuf joined A&A as an IT Support professional, providing technical assistance to the organization. Yousuf then moved on to work at Staples as a Technical Support specialist, resolving various computer troubleshooting issues for end users.

In 2019, Yousuf joined LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech as a Lead Infrastructure Technical Analyst. In this role, they led projects related to desktop production laptops/desktops and user project design and implementation. Yousuf was responsible for digital transformation, patch management, application deployments, server management, budgeting, vendor management, and end-user support. Yousuf also successfully led a domain migration project, coordinating all aspects from design and budgeting to resource organization and execution.

Most recently, Yousuf joined the Greater Toronto Airports Authority as an Information Technology Operations Team Lead. Yousuf has been leading an Active Directory (AD) migration project, setting up a test-bed for testing migration deployments. Yousuf successfully conducted pilot tests and performed troubleshooting for various network-related issues while coordinating between technical support and project coordination responsibilities.

Yousuf Mohammed began their education at JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad in 2004 and completed their Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Computer Science and Information Technology in 2009. Yousuf then furthered their education at NIIT Pune from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a Diploma of Education in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
