Clare Semes currently serves as the Associate Concertmaster and Violinist at the Toronto Symphony Orchestra since September 2017. Additionally, Clare is a Co-Founder of Sonority Sisters, a flute and violin duo that aims to foster creativity and community engagement through innovative musical experiences, performing pop-up events globally. Clare has also been a violinist for the Fondation du Verbier Festival since 2014 and was a fellow at the New World Symphony from 2016 to June 2017. Clare's education includes a Master of Music in Violin Performance and a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance, both obtained from The Juilliard School, from 2014 to 2016 and 2010 to 2014, respectively.
