Toronto Therapy Practice (TTP) is a reproductive mental health hub supporting people through the emotional realities of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and early parenting.
We provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals and couples, with a focus on supporting high-functioning professionals who may look “fine” on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck on the inside. Our work is specialized and nuanced because these experiences are not simply life stress. They can impact identity, relationships, work, and wellbeing.
In addition to therapy, TTP helps close the care gap beyond the therapy room through training and education. We offer clinician training to strengthen reproductive mental health competence, and workplace education that helps leaders and HR teams respond with clarity, empathy, and practical support.
