Bruce MacGregor

Bruce Macgregor serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) since October 2023, overseeing a workforce of 16,000 dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation in Toronto. Prior to this role, Macgregor was the Chief Administrative Officer at York Region from May 2007 to October 2023. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto, completed in 1985, and further education at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management during 1990-1991, as well as ongoing studies at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University since June 2003.
